The right foundation depends on the ground conditions, the building and the engineer’s design. We dig and pour trench fill and strip foundations, form concrete slabs, and make sure every stage is ready for building control inspection before we move on.
Drainage is just as important. We install foul and surface water drainage, soakaways, inspection chambers and connections, laid to the correct falls and tested so your new building drains properly for years to come.

Are you NHBC registered?
Yes. Boswell Builders is an NHBC registered builder, which means the new homes we build can be covered by a 10-year structural warranty. We are also LABC registered. Ask us about the warranty options for your project.
Can you help with planning permission and building regulations?
We work alongside you, your architect and the local authority to make sure planning and building control approvals are in place before work begins, and we manage inspections throughout the build.
How long does a new build home take?
Every project is different — timescales depend on the size and specification of the house, the site and the approvals needed. We will give you a realistic programme when we quote and keep you updated as the build progresses.
Do you work with self builders?
Yes. If you are building your own home we can deliver the whole project for you or take on specific stages such as groundworks, foundations, brickwork or the structural shell.
Which areas do you cover?
